I recently purchased a Lemon tree and when delivered I found that it had been badly damaged while in transit. I contacted Tracey at the garden shop and she informed me that she would replace it. A couple of days later I received a replacement plant. Excellent service.thank you Tracey.

I recently bought a fly swatter that didn't work and put up a review about it, the next day one of the customer service reps Sinead contacted me to apologize and upon speaking with her we realized it was faulty, so she sent a brand new one out the next day which worked perfectly.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, this wasn't even an expensive item so to take that time really shows how good this site is. Will definitely be shopping here again and recommending to others. Thanks again

I have used this website a few times and am always amazed by how quick the standard delivery is. This time I ordered Thursday at one o'clock and received it Friday morning at seven. Brilliant service always.

Delighted with the service, only took 2 days for my delivery to arrive! The only thing I would fault is there were no instructions or information on the care or planting of the plant I bought. Other than that I am a happy planter, thank you [STAFF NOTE] Instructions are provided on the website to reduce waste
