I have purchased from the garden shop.ie many times and have always been very happy. I think it's when something goes wrong you see how good customer service really is. My last order arrived damaged, looks like the box was dropped en-route. The service was fantastic. Within a couple of days my replacement was delivered and the damaged item taken away! Five star service!! Thank you

This is the first time I've used The Garden Shop and I am very pleased with the service. I couldn't find what I wanted locally, so had it delivered by The Garden Shop. They were very efficient, keeping me up to date with my order. Celia was fantastic, responding very quickly to a query I had. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend this company.
