Terms & Conditions

Outlined below are the terms and condition for all goods bought through TheGardenShop.ie. Our aim is to be fair to you the customer. Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

By purchasing from TheGardenShop.ie you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and condition laid out on this page. Please also reference the conditions laid our under our Returns Policy.

Customers must report / dispute non delivery of order within 7 days of the recorded delivery date that the courier tracking states delivery took place as this is the time frame our couriers will allow us to open a dispute.

We will settle all disputes in relation to delayed, lost or damaged by a courier within 10 working days (2 weeks) of first communication of issue with our office. This is to allow our couriers time to locate & resolve any delays or damages.

When confirmation of the order is received, it indicates that your order is being processed. It does not indicate a contract exists. Only when TheGardenShop.ie has completed processing the order does the contract between buyer and seller come into effect. This clause is to safeguard against an error in pricing or if a listed item is no longer stocked.

In the case of a price change or if a product is incorrectly priced, TheGardenShop.ie will contact the customer to ensure the amended price is acceptable before proceeding with the order.

If an ordered item is not in stock, TheGardenShop.ie will email you before deciding how best to proceed.

Your order will not be accepted until payment is made in full. We accept payment via Paypal

Vat @ 21% or 13.5% is included on price of all taxable items.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to us

Customers from within the European Union are protected by the EU Distance Selling Directive.
