I bought a garden tool but unfortunately the handle snapped not long afterwards. I left a review of the tool on the site and was contacted by a member of staff who immediately offered to send me a new tool, even though I didn't ask for it and the original one was still capable of being repaired. Really pleased with the service and care shown by the staff at the Garden Shop. If only all businesses were like this!

Ordered pots and compost (Farmyard Manure compost) and flower bulbs (Hyacinthiodes ). It arrived on time and some arrived before very fast . I would like to order again and again.

Hi, I received my young fig tree today. It arrived a day earlier than I expected (Yaaaah!). It was very well packed and looks very healthy. I am delighted with thegardenshop. ie and would highly recommend it for great quality plants at a very good price. Its up to me now to nurture this baby! ADBBC

I received my order of two rosemary plants today
Firstly the smell was absolutely amazing I could smell it as I was opening the box
Perfectly packed and the size is more than I expected As a first time buyer I am overly impressed with the quality and size and the freshness
The price for what I got is impressive
