Bulk bags & large orders are shipped via pallet couriers on a rigid lorry
Delivery is to kerbside only (see DOWNLOAD Tab)
If road access to your site is tight, then please advise us before purchasing
Please Note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery on pallet deliveries
Also, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day (Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery)
It's always best to order well in advance to avoid disappointment
Cancellation of pallets when items are already in transit will incur a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)
Where pallet delivery can not be made due to site access, a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee will apply (To cover return delivery costs)
Re-rooting of a pallet where incorrect delivery address details have been given, a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee will apply (To cover return delivery costs)
Return of pallets when items are already delivered will incur a 60 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)

Delighted with my bulk bag of bark. Surprised at the speed of delivery, given the strange times in which we live. The delivery driver was very nice and was able to deliver the pallet to where I wanted it, and not just to kerbside. My wife will be keen for me to spread the bark now!

Hi John and everyone at the Garden Shop.ie, last week you delivered this product to St. Francis Hospice in Blanchardstown. We had a team event whereby we did some gardening, barking, weeding etc.

The bark was off excellent quality and everyone there noted how beautiful the smell was and how rich in quality and color, it certainly gave the beds a massive lift, so next week when our daffodils arrive, it will be quite a setting for all to see.

Finally, when placing the order, I joked with you to ensure you fill the bag good and full - you are a man off your word, you filled it to the brim as we say ... thanks for your GENEROSITY.
