Ingredients
- 600g Calamondins
- 250g Brown sugar
- Peel of half a lemon
Preparation Method
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
- Wash and slice the calamondins into rounds
- Add sugar and lemon peel, then cook on low heat
- Once cooked, put through a blender, allow to cool, and transfer into jars
