Carrot Plug Plants - How to Grow
- Sow outside from April onwards
- Take extra care when transplanting roots
- Avoid any stress on plants
- Choose a sunny spot
- Grow in light soil with good drainage
- Best in a sheltered spot
- Use a dibber or tool handle to make a planting hole
- Space: Rows 30cm apart & plants 15cm apart
Carrot Plug Plants - Care & Harvest
- Water well after sowing
- Harvest in August to November
- Ensure to keep rows weeded throughout the Summer
- Loosen roots with a fork & lift carefully to harvest
