Chili Pepper Seeds - Description
- Pack of hot pepper seeds
- Variety: Padron

- A small mild ‘hot’ pepper
- Traditionally used in ‘Tapas’

Chili Pepper Seeds - Sowing Tips
- Sow indoors: Feb to April
- Then plant out when frosts are over (May to June)
- If planted out, crops will be smaller and later then greenhouse crops
- Harvest: July to october
- Grow in greehouse or windowsill containers
- Keep warm (15-20°C is ideal)
- Keep moist

Chili Pepper Seeds - Tips
- Surplus fruit are best frozen whole
- Use straight from the freezer when required
- For ‘tapas’ harvest when green and the size of an olive, fry whole in olive oil and add sea salt
- Larger peppers gain heat and can be used as other chilli peppers
