I ordered this item under extreme high pressure during COVID19 - The whole country wants to garden and social distance in the garden. While the checkout was closed and the phones are still hopping, I managed to make my order and I received my chiminea and assembly was easy and accurate. This is a very strong and HEAVY chiminea , so I recommend assembly close to where it will stay.

Excellent quality. Shipment one of the best I have ever had due to their great courier update service. Arrived in 21hrs from order time. Product requires approx 60-90 mins assembly.Steel Mesh door and hinge required adjustment and to drill a new positioned hole to reposition alignment correctly for the perfectionist.(easy 2 min task). Arrived with damaged top bowl part inside box. Relacement top bowl part arrived after phone call within 17hrs. Excellent quality product & great service. Very pleased and used within 30mins of assembly with unexpected visit of friends. All enjoyed the heat. No comparison between this all cast iron vs cheaper part steel chimeneas. For improvement they should ship with a cover included ( available separately )

Service was EXCELLENT really could not fault it in any way. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived at lunchtime Tuesday. I liked the way they allowed me to order as a guest and could follow up and register later; which i did!

Produce itself is solid and well made. I had a clay one before which crumbled after a few years. This unit will last a long time. Assembly instructions are not the clearest, someone with no DIY experience might want to ask a suitable friend. I did find the holes for the top of the flue did not line up and I had to drill a new hole; would have been a problem again for the non DIY person. I had a timber fire going it it in about one hour and the heat output even for the small fire was excellent. Order the recommended Chiminea Cover, it is great value and fits like a glove. Overall I would recommend this product but expect a bit of work on assembly. My first time to deal with the Garden Shop and I can confidently say it won't be the last.
