Columnar Peach - Planting Instructions
- Plant in full sun for best fruit set and flavour
- Soil: fertile, moist but well-drained; avoid waterlogging
- Position: sheltered from strong late frosts if possible (blossoms are frost-sensitive)
- Planting: dig a hole twice the pot width, backfill with soil enriched with compost, firm and water well
- Water regularly in the first season to establish roots
