I bought two of the Milan garden planters and one was damaged in transit.
I e mailed the company with my complaint and received a reply within a couple of hours and had a replacement pot sent to me two days later .I am very pleased with the pots and I highly recommend The Garden Shop for their efficient customer service and rapid delivery of goods.

Very happy with his planter. Have all ceramic pots but loved the unique colour of this planter and was relieved both before and after adding plants to see that the planter did not look cheap nor to the eye plastic which was great

My plant pots arrived yesterday and I love them. I now have them in Blue and Red. I can't speak highly enough about The GardenShop. Items ordered on Monday, delivered on Thursday. Great Irish company. Excellent service.
