Pyrethrum Organic Insecticide - How to Use

  • Read instructions prior to application
  • Dilute in water as per instructions
  • Best dilution rate: 4ml per 1L of water
  • Maximum strength dilution rate: 20ml per 5L of water
  • Apply using a pressure sprayer or watering can
  • Apply thoroughly to target plant
  • Spray entire foliage with the organic insecticide until point of run off

Pyrethrum Organic Insecticide - Toxicity to Bees

  • Level 3 toxicity - Slightly toxic to bees
  • Can kill bees
  • To reduce harm to bees
    • Apply Pyrethrum late in the evening or first thing in the morning
    • Avoid using pyrethrum on flowering plants when dew is forecast
    • Keep to recommended dilution rate of 20ml per 5l of water
