Clock received along with other items in good order and in a timely fashion. The only criticism I have is that the clock was advertised as being "cast iron" and that it should last for many years. The clock proved to be plastic which was disappointing, as to how long it will last, only time will tell...more important things going on in the world at the moment....but maybe change the specifications so people will know for the future. [STAFF NOTE] Thanks for letting us know and for being so understanding. With things the way they are for the past couple of weeks, a new batch came in and we didn't check the new specs just assuming the were the same as the old ones. We have updated the site now to correct our mistake

Arrived quickly. Numbers on the dial. not roman letters. Not a problem and works perfectly [STAFF NOTE] Apologies for that, supplier changed design and we never noticed. We have updated the product description and picture. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
