Parsnip Seeds - Sowing Tips
- Sow: Feb to May
- Harvest: October to Feb
- Can be slow to germinate
- Best sown direct as they don't like being transplanted
- Soil: Most soils as long as soil is deep & free of stones
- Best to wait until after the first frost to harvest as this improves flavour
- Can be harvested through to the following spring
