Garden Mint Plant - Planting Instructions

Ensure soil is moist before planting
Prefers full sun
Can be grown indoors in pots or directly outside
Ideal for a kitchen garden or raised bed
Suited to containers
Grow in fertile soils
Spacing: 100cm apart
Dig hole roughly twice the size of the plant pot
Handle pots with care
- Squeeze side of pots to remove plant
Firm in well
Water again after planting
Benefits from a hard prune every few years to prevent plants getting leggy
Clumps can be divided to propagate new plants

Plants were in great condition when received, really strong & healthy and well watered.

Although well packaged and not in anyway damaged on the outside, I am afraid my poor mint plant arrived a bit the worst of the wear. Soil was all over the place, and I found it nestled in among other plants. I am also a bit concerned that I have been sent a peppermint plant and not the usual garden mint which is for culinary use. However, can't be sure until it recovers and grows a bit! The rest of my delivery was absolutely fine and I am looking forward to planting it all. Very speedily despatched, thank you.

I am delighted with how the plants are packaged and delivered as I was worried they might suffer in transit but the shop lovingly and safely store and package them and even managed to water them well before sending as they were still damp and healthy when they got to me. Well done #thegardenship, well impressed
