Phlox Roots - How to Sow
- Plant once roots arrive
- Soak roots in lukewarm water for 30 minutes before sowing
- Plant in compost
- Sow roots approx. 10cm in depth
- Feed over the Summer months
- Mulch around base of plants to retain heat & moisture
- Taller stems may need staking late in the season
- Remove spent flowers
- Cut back to ground level after flowering in Autumn
