Deep Root Plug Tray - Instructions
- Fill each cell with potting compost
- Water cells with fine spray using a mini pressure sprayer
- Place seed(s) or a cutting into each cell & cover lightly with compost
- Place in a bright location
- Keep soil moist, never allow to dry out
- Check two or three times weekly
Deep Root Plug Tray - Notes
- After 6 to 8 weeks seedlings should be transplanted into fresh compost
- Seedlings can be sown into larger (9cm) pots
- Or seedlings can be transplanted into the garden
- Harden off before planting out
- Remember after 6 weeks the seedlings will not only outgrow the cell but will also have used up all the nutrients in the compost
