Poppy Seeds - Sowing Instructions
- Sow:
- Indoors: Feb to April
- Outdoors: April to July (to flower to following year)
- Continuous sowings every few weeks ensures constant flowering
- Can be sown directly into soil
- Sow in curves rather than straight line for more pleasing visual
- Keep well watered
- Flowers: June to October
- Plant out: May to October
- Remove dead heads to prolong flowering
- Sow direct in pots or borders
- Can be sown where it is to flower
