• Bulk bags & large orders are shipped via pallet couriers on a rigid lorry
• Delivery is to kerbside only (see DOWNLOAD tab)
• If road access to your site is tight, then please advise us before purchasing
• Please Note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery on pallet deliveries
• Also, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day (Please allow 7-10 days for delivery)
• It's always best to order well in advance to avoid disappointment
• Cancellation of pallets when items are already in transit will incur a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)
• Where pallet delivery can not be made due to site access, a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee will apply (To cover return delivery costs)
• Re-rooting of a pallet where incorrect delivery address details have been given, a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee will apply (To cover return delivery costs)
• Return of pallets when items are already delivered will incur a 60 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)

Rubber Playground Mats - How To Lay

• The rubber playground mats can be laid directly onto tarmac, concrete or stone base
• To prepare an area for stone base, do the following
  • Excavate to depth of 17cm ( 6.5")
  • Lay compacted 804 stone (3")
  • Screed a layer of sand (2")
  • Lay a layer of weed block to prevent any weed growth
  • Lay the mats
  • Use a Stanley knife to cut mats to fit
• 1m² mats are quick & easy to lay

• Due to the weight of each individual mat, we have seperate delivery options available
• Mats can be collected for free from our warehouse
