Made an error while ordering goods on web on Sunday 12th July. One email later first thing Monday morning 13th July and my error is resolved and my order is being processed. Tuesday 14th approx.12 mid-day goods arrive.
Unbelieveable service.

The item arrived the day after the order, which I thought was great. Unfortunately, one of the components of the kit broke during transit. gardenshop.ie offered immediately to send me a replacement for free. Great customer care! I do recommend this company.

Delivery was made in time as promised and in good condition.
The user instructions are clear and easy to follow.
Unfortunately it is impossible to judge the colour of the sample against the colour strip as the colours change drastically as the light changes. Simply turning so the (natural) light changes slightly can change the perceived match from depleted to surplus.
[Staff note: To get an accurate reading hold up to natural light. You can do the test outdoors, or, if indoors hold up to a window to get an accurate reading]

I find the soil test kit very handy and great value
if it works as good as I expect it to I will be testing my soil a lot more often; than if I had to get a man out to do it for me.
