Strimmer Line - Uses

  • This is a finer strimmer line for all strimmers
  • This line puts less pressure on strimmer for a faster rotation
  • Suitable to smaller strimmers & electric strimmers
  • The strimmer Line is designed to work with the following brands
    • Oleo Mac, Black & Decker, Bolens, Echo, Hoffco, Honda, Husqvarna, John Deeres, Kawasaki, Makita, Mitsubishi, Pyobi, Sears, Snapper, Stihl, Tanaka & many more

Strimmer Line - Advantages

  • Long 15m roll allows for non stop strimming if loaded properly
  • Finer line won't slow down your strimmer
  • Ideal for cutting grass & light weeds

Strimmer Line - How to Load

  • Cut 2 identical lengths of line to the length you desire. (Use 2.5m lengths)
  • Note in strimmer head, the direction in the line should be wound
  • Insert both strimmer lines into eye or hook inside strimmer head and wind each line in the (same) direction as noted on strimmer head
  • Ensure to hold line tightly as otherwise it can recoil & become loose
  • Once fully wound, feed the line ends through the loop, eye or hole on the strimmer head
  • Reattach the strimmer head to the strimmer shaft
  • Can take practice, but when done properly will give great results

Strimmer Line - Tips

  • This size of line really maximises the strimmers performance
  • For best results only add approximately (2x) 2.5m lengths of strimmer line at a time
  • Make sure you load the line in the correct & stated direction
  • Use the tap feed to ensure a continous feed of line while strimming
  • When cutting, because this line is finer, avoid hitting such items as
    • Tree stumps
    • Curbs / edging
    • Wire fencing
    • Rocks
  • Use wide sweeping motions, cutting away 10cm of grass / brush at a time
