Please note: the next market format is changing and will now take place inside the café.

This stall space is smaller than the other market stalls (please check the images before booking).

For health and safety reasons, tables cannot be pulled further out from the wall and must remain within the allocated stall space.

Any boxes, stock, or storage items must be kept tidy and stored underneath the table where possible.

Vendors may sit beside their table, provided walkways and customer access remain clear at all times.
What to Expect at the Market

Stallholders must arrive at 9:00am and be fully set up by 10:00am.

Stallholders are not permitted to pack up or leave before 4:00pm.

Stallholder Terms & Conditions

No food sales permitted (craft stalls only).

Products should align with the SOLAS sustainability ethos.

No smoking permitted within the market area.

Vendors must provide their own table and display setup unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
Event Promotion & Expectations
SOLAS promotes each market through radio, social media, digital signage, and local newspapers.
While we make every effort to attract visitors, sales and footfall cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on weather, seasonal trends, and other factors.
