- Outdoors: April to July
- Water well
- For best results place in cold frame or cool greenhouse
- Flowers: May to July (following year)

- Plant out: Sept to Oct, 20cm apart
- Always handle seedlings by the leaf, not the stem
- Grow in full sun
- Deadhead for continuous flowers
