I placed an order which had a number of parcels. The delivery was delayed several days by the Courier company. When the delivery was eventually made, several packages were damaged. Most of the contents survived, and The Garden Shop compensated for the unusable items. This was obviously a problem with the Courier Company, and the Garden Shop behaved satisfactorily. Previous deliveries we on time and in perfect condition.

Ordered silver birch and a magnolia tree. Ordered of a Sunday 14th feb evening and it arrived Tuesday 16th. Very healthy looking trees and well wrapped up. Will be ordering again.

Ordered 3 squirrel hotels. Very reasonably priced. No messing about with the garden shop. Very prompt delivery. Will definitely be a returning customer. Super service 10/10

I received 5 of the half log edging 4 days after I ordered them and was so pleased with the product and service that I ordered 4 more the same day. Very happy customer

Very fast and efficient - Wish I could buy more but lots of items out of stock.....But what I ordered arrived quickly. [STAFF NOTE] Unfortunately, this is a result of the perfect storm of covid + brexit. Every garden centre is in the same boat currently. We have more and more stock coming back all the time but it sells out very quick. You have to be like the 'early bird' these days.
