The Garden Shop are the best!
Thank you so much to Craig who went out of his way and picked up my plants that had been sent to my previous address, as I'd mistakenly only changed my billing address.
Not only that, but when I offered, he said that I'm not being charged extra to have them reshipped! Oh my goodness! I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Amazing customer service! Wonderful plants! (As I've ordered from them before,) and excellent prices!
Again The Garden Shop are the absolute best!! Thank you so so very much again!

Thank you so much for your very good service. My weed burner was ordered on Thursday evening and delivered on Friday morning. The items I purchased were exactly right. Need to start using them now ????

The wheelbarrow storage bracket is great my shed is nice and tidy I would recommend it to everyone fair play to the garden centre I look forward to making another purchase again sometime

I have mostly shopped online from The Garden Shop and service is quick, efficient and value for money. Recently I visited the shop to exchange and pick up some other pieces. Super store and really worth a visit. Thank you Celia and staff.

LOVE the gardenshop. Celia went above and beyond on my tree fern order. I’m creating a tree fern forest????. Both online orders and in person visits are a pleasure. Plant selection is excellent and great quality and value. Fab indoor and outdoor eateries. Worth visiting in person.

The measure of a business is how they deal with issues that might occur. In my case I needed to change the delivery address for my order. I emailed the request around midnight having completed the order with the incorrect address and my concern was that the order would already have been already completed before my email was noticed. However I had a reply from Celia before 8.30am next morning to say she had contacted the warehouse and updated the delivery address. Such a prompt service is a rarity these days. Well done Celia!
