Thank you for the prompt delivery of my weed burner. Just a comment on the packaging which was probably done by your courier, fastway, not yourselves. "Fragile" tape was wrapped around the product and as I try to remove it, it lifts the print instructions on the product packaging. [STAFF NOTE] Apologies for that, one of our packing staff must have done that.

I Ordered two 300 litre water butts which arrived very very speedily. The order process was very straight forward and fast. John was very helpful and prompt in his reply to a number of questions I had which helped me greatly in deciding which water tanks I needed to buy.
