I ordered three high raised beds( 1.5m*97cm) and then ordered 1 bulk bag of top soil (1ton) and a few bags of 60L compost. It’s enough to fill in the three beds. So 400L per bag is super correct as per instructions! Very happy and great service! Thanks a million!

Keeping the customer satisfied I have been using The Garden Shop.ie regularly for some 7 years now and they have never let me done. Most orders come on the next day - even in recent times with postal / courier systems under stress! My most recent order place on Tuesday 2nd March was for Polythene Sheeting sold by the metre. I added a comment that when I ordered a quantity of the same sheeting last year, I lost one metre because of indelible printing all across it - thinking they won't even read that! They did read my comment and for this new delivery gave me that one metre back! Such customer service is all to rare these days

My order arrived within two days , delighted. Postage for small package quite expensive though, less packaging might be helpful for smaller items like mine. Bubble envelopes ? Thanks

I placed an order which had a number of parcels. The delivery was delayed several days by the Courier company. When the delivery was eventually made, several packages were damaged. Most of the contents survived, and The Garden Shop compensated for the unusable items. This was obviously a problem with the Courier Company, and the Garden Shop behaved satisfactorily. Previous deliveries we on time and in perfect condition.
