Second time ordering from TheGardenShop.ie and found the service and quality of goods excellent. The true testament of good service is when something goes wrong. Discovered part of my order was damaged, sent an email with details and a couple of pics and Celia had the item replaced within 24 hours - amazing service.

I have purchased from the garden shop.ie many times and have always been very happy. I think it's when something goes wrong you see how good customer service really is. My last order arrived damaged, looks like the box was dropped en-route. The service was fantastic. Within a couple of days my replacement was delivered and the damaged item taken away! Five star service!! Thank you
