Delighted with the service, only took 2 days for my delivery to arrive! The only thing I would fault is there were no instructions or information on the care or planting of the plant I bought. Ordered a well priced rosemary bush. It arrived quickly after placing the order and was in in perfect condition. (Although I would have preferred paper based or other compostable packaging) Excellent delivery charge.I will be happy to buy from The garden shop.ie again.

I ordered twice so far and am about to order again. Everything was completely hassle free and my order was very carefully left in a safe place (because I wasn't home) by the delivery person. I had an issue with one item and with absolutely no quibble, a replacement was sent out to me. I find them a very conscientious and caring business. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Top notch.

I bought some plant stands from the garden shop, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, one of the stands was damaged in transit. When I contacted the garden shop, I was immediately assured that a replacement would be supplied - this arrived within a couple of days. Throughout the issue, the garden shop were unfailingly courteous and efficient.

I've shopped here twice, cherry trees, bamboo, and a jasmine.
All arrived fast, well-packaged, and in perfect condition.
In spite of unexpected frost, they're very healthy and thriving.
