Tomato, Chili & Pepper Growing Kit - How to use
Tomato Seeds
- Begin in mid February
- Fill 9cm pots with compost, moisten & add seeds (1 per pot)
- Water & position in sunny location
- Allow to germinate & water twice a week
- Transplant in tomato grow pots after 6 weeks
Chili Seeds
- For best results, it's wise to grow indoors
- Ideal sowing time: March to April
- Indoor growing allows for year round returns
- Cover with a clear plastic film to help raise temperature
- Harvest in August
Pepper Seeds
- Require a long growing season
- Start seed under cover early in the season
- Sow: In February to April
- Location: Start in 9cm Pots, one seed per pot or in a seed propagator
- Transplant into larger pots or tomato grow pots
- Grow in greenhouse or kitchen
- Days to maturity: 95 days
- Harvest: June to October
