Viola Seeds - Sowing Tips
- Sow:
- Indoors: Feb to March & Sept to Oct
- Outdoors: April to June (will flower the following year)
- Water well
- Place in warm position (15-20°c is ideal)
- Seedlings usually appear in 2-4 weeks
- Flowers: Feb to Nov
- Plant out: avoiding frosts (May to Oct), 15cm apart
- Always handle seedlings by the leaf, not the stem
- Grow in partial sun
- Deadhead for continuous flowers
