- Start in pots. Plant into rich compost
- Sow 6 inches deep

- Move out into the garden in early summer
- Sow with pointed end pointing upwards
- Feed when foliage appears
- When foliage dies & turns yellow - cut back the foliage
- Divide bulb clumps every 4 to 5 years
