Chocolate Making: Course Content
Notes
- Learn all about the history of chocolate making, from the cocoa bean to a chocolate bar.
- See how chocolate is tempered & how ganache is made.
- Create your own ganache truffles, decorating with selection of toppings provided.
- From melting the chocolate, to adding your own embellishments, you will make your own unique Christmas treats to take home & enjoy
