Course Content
- You will learn about the importance of bees and what we can do to look after them
- An observation hive will be on display during this workshop so all participants can really benefit and see exactly the workings of the hive through the glass viewing panel
- Learn all about the lifecycle of the honeybee
- Learn how to manage a hive of bees through the different seasons
- Learn how to extract your
own honey and the different types of honey you can produce
