The Potentilla Fruticosa Red Ace Plant arrived in excellent condition and packed carefully in a box. Am pleased with fast service.
Lovely plant nice and compact and healthy
Plants arrived this morning. All looking fine after their journey, bar the Elizabeth potentilla, which was a bit shook and leaf-scarce, but I know it'll recover.
Many thanks for your great service.
Just one complaint! I got NO notice that the courier was on his way. Just lucky there was someone at home. Normally I'd get a day or a few hours notice.
[STAFF NOTE] Fastway do not really give notice for deliveries. If you choose DPD, then you will get a delivery time slot. Fastway are the cheaper delivery option for our customers and 93% of folks pick them as their preferred courier option. DPD are more expensive because of the extra service they give but even at that only 7% of our customer choose them. I guess folks are really price sensitive when it comes to delivery fees. Next time, you should choose DPD if that type of service is what you are looking for
