Aim of Workshop

- Lá Fhéile Bríde, St Brigid’s Day, (one of the patron saints of Ireland) is on Feb 1th
- Why not come join for an hour of fun & craft
- The cross is made from woven rushes
- You'll create your unique cross that is believed to keep evil, fire & hunger from your home
- Note: All materials are provided

- This workshop is for beginners & no prior knowledge is required
- Suitable for Adults & Children 10+
- Don't worry if you haven’t tried it before our expert staff will be on hand to give support & answer questions

- In this creative workshop you'll learn the basic skills of how to weave a St. Brigid's Cross
- Listen to the history of the St Brigid's cross and learn all about St Brigid herself
