Recived the item ln Thursday but was Disappointed the tap wasn't included rang the Garden Shop and it was delivered the next day. I was delighted with the service and the product top class. Thank you.

Happy enough with the purchase, the stand, a tap and downpipe converter are included. However there is no pre-cut hole to fit the tap so you have to do this yourself. Not sure if I could fit the tap myself without messing the whole thing up so I might just leave it as is. I wont be hooking it up to my cast iron downpipe anyhow so it suits me to just leave the lid off and let the rain collect in it and then dunk my watering can in it as needed. Happy with the purchase. loses a star because the tap isnt fitted.
[STAFF NOTE]
This is the way most water butts come as standard. It's easy to add the tap, you just need the correct sized hole saw as we explain in the product video. You raise an interesting point though and we may consider adding a purchasing option of having us pre-fit the tap for a small fee in the future for the less DIY inclined among us.
